weeping willow cuttings

doe anyone have a healthy weeping willow tree in thier yard still dormant?

if so I would like to buy about 20 cuttings from you about a foot long and it's OK to have bark but I would like them to have a good Trunk form to them (well I would liek the twigs to look like a decent trunk) so they can grow into them, reason being is I have a weeping willow tree in my yard thas has had blight for some time and this spring I am going to cut it down to the root mass to kill it off and I would like to replace it.

ooh I'm sure if I cut it down just below the dirt once the buds barely start opening up it'l have an extremely hard time coming back to life, chiken shit and sawdust almost killed it

thats what was suggested by the dnr guy who did an inventory of trees on our property
