Watering Peat Pellets

Hi,

I noticed different ways of watering peat pellets on YouTube videos. I have some peat pellets where the seeds are now sprouting. I water them from above and then I tried from bottom but they always seems to be very dry. What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions?

Those things are dry to the bone and they need to be soaked in a lot of water.
A quick search on Google will tell you how to use them for seedlings.
