Half are local I picked. Texas Red Oak, Live Oak, Monterey Oak, Bur Oak and Shumard Oak
water oak is native to East Texas, getting some sent..
there rest were eBay and Etsy

I planted all the acorns last Fall. Do the others have a change of still coming up or is the first of June too late?? I'm thinking the latter

Hard to get Emglish Oak leaves to reduce in size, don't know about the other oaks you mention.
