Vintage Japanese Shear Identification??

Hey everyone, new here! Hoping to get some help identifying the make of a vintage pair of Japanese shears I came across?

I've attached photos below. (Sorry due to the condition of the tool, it's hard to make out.

Not sure what you mean by identification? You haven’t shown any markers marks…

Use…..we use those to work on roots…. they have to be sharp and in good condition for the best effect.

Difficult to ID. If you're thinking they're going to be valuable, not so much. Old tools are old tools. Some people collect them. Most bonsai people go for functionality. Not much use for bonsai unless sharpened, cleaned, realigned and tightened up. Maker's ID isn't going to add much value.
