Video adds on mobile device :(

Does any one else have trouble on a mobile device, like a phone....
It's all so slow now, seemingly because it's struggling to auto play the add at the bottom of the page.....
So bad that I have to do restarts on the phone sometimes, it locks everything up.....
But, once I pause the add, everything works normally....
And it doesn't matter if I'm on Wi-Fi or not....
As long as those video adds are playing, I can barely type, or do anything.

Am I the only one?
Is it just my device?

Feel free to post again if there are issues, I'll be happy to try and troubleshoot that with you.
But I agree with Bonsai Nut, I would think its Adobe Flash. You must have a Samsung/Android or Microsoft phone?
Apple Safari doesn't support Adobe Flash (unless you download an alternative browser). Not for a minute saying its the phones fault though. Just hope its doable to turn off that extension through the phone.

I need to do more research on how to turn it off.
The instructional video I watched showed a slightly different model, with the Flash in the menu, but it doesn't exist in my menu....
I'll look into it more later....

I have the same problem with my android phone and not just on this site. I don't know how to turn off flash either.
