Update on myself, a podcast and question on root cultivation

Hi all I recently made a podcast on nature weird, staring roaring rhorty and jungle junge our last names btw. my first name is Alex and my friends name is Danny, this episode was about on growing and keeping bonsai and tropicals. I'll feature it on here later this weekend or next week.


I've been doing good. Have a 6 foot banana monster trying to grow dwarf Musa.



I do have a question about raking the top of the pots soil. Is this ok? I do it to air out the soil and prevent root rot.

as long as you are not damaging the roots, yes. Many of us clean the top of the soil on our pots at least once a year, sometimes more
