So K sends instructions to please prune.
In the old days it was by mail, today it is be e-mail.
Posted design image is examined and I prune.

Oxy [ also called - Ink Berry ] was found at the root of a coconut tree on a coconut
plantation about 3 inches in chopped size. Permission had been given to remove
and Oxy came home.

We have since found the inland cousin and they can do the same as Oxy.

Oxy is Dry season Deciduous, a shrub, dense like a hedge and about 18 feet tall.
Largest trunk every seen is around 1 foot in diameter. Has amazing roots, like an
azalea and often is found in the swamps facing the sea.
Healing is also amazing, large wounds just slowly disappear.

Oxy as also features tiny flowers like stars, the size of this - [ ]

So you get leafless and a white covering for about 3 weeks.

This shrub has really good qualities, @Anthony
How long have you been growing since collection from the coconut plantation?
Ramification is quite dense, but that bulge in the middle of the trunk is a little distracting....
Does Khai have something in mind for correction of this flaw?

Alexandra,
[ @my nellie ]

hmm, probably 10 years or so.
Since this is a new victim, I suspect K will just allow this plant to thicken.
The bulge is where the plant was cut when found and there is still a small hole that
is healing.

However, everything that was thin [ roots, etc ] have fattened considerably.
So I suspect eventually the plant will also thicken the trunk zone enough to absorb
the bulge,'
Time.

By the way just to amuse you, Nic sat and counted the leaves, he got over 2000.

The next part of the Design test, since this tree is leaf dense, is to put in mounds like
what exists in a mature mango tree.
Stay tuned.

Thanks for looking and taking the time to comment / ask.
Good Day

Like we have said many times before, you are lucky with your climate/environment @Anthony
What did Nic get as reward for 2000 leaves? :) Plus his time to count!

Nic got to straighten his hair - shhh - Nic has curly Greek hair - his name is not Nikolaos in full
for nothing .
He wanted to see if he could look like his Uncle K, with his Chinese/Indian straight hair.
Have a good chuckle . :):D

Nic's hair is also dark brown with red from the sun.
Good Day
Anthony
