Sorry about the confusion with the site. I am working with two different groups to manage the transition, and there have been some communication "challenges". The first group is working to transition the old site and close down the old service without breaking anything. The second group is working to set up the new service and migrate all the data without breaking anything. There have been some false starts where the left hand hasn't been fully aware of what the right hand has been doing

Once the new site is up, there may be some additional issues. I won't know until the new site is live and I can see how much of my recent formatting work was transferred over.
