Stunted BC leaves

Not sure what I did, but I'm sure it has something to do with neglect. I've been doing next to nothing for the past few years. I think the last time I watered them was last summer. It's a wonder these trees are even alive.




The photo with the larger leaves, below, is for scale. The photo of the row of pots is their initial potting in February 2019. I've only lost one tree and that was within the first year.
