Spruce needles browning

Hello, experienced ones!
CN anyone tell me what’s happening with my spruce? Is this normal die-off for winter? Here in Atlanta it hasn’t been too cold, but since I haven’t had one of these before, I’m just curious. This is an established tree that I bought from a nursery in July.

I don't see anything abnormal in the pic. Some old needles. Some interior growth died for lack of adequate sunlight, I'd say.
