Sprayed Neem on Ficus, now shedded 75% of its leaves

So I my Ficus has an Aphid problem so I sprayed it with Neem oil. Now 75% of its leaves have fallen off, I fear it's going to shed them all.

I sprayed it in the evening, and moved it to a less sunny window. The ratio I mixed it was 500ml water : 1/2 tsp Neem : 1/4 tsp dish soap.

What gives?

I suspect that the leaves lost were already damaged to the point where you were going to lose them regardless. Also it look like Ficus benjamini which drop leaves upon moving. It lloks like you have plenty to work with so keep it warm with lots of light and it should be ok. Don't over water it at this point.
Upon closer look, which is not close at all, it looks like a variety called Dutch Treat. I have several of these.
