Hey Ryan, I'm debating repotting this maple I bought from you a while back. I haven't touched the roots since I purchased it from you ~5 years ago. I was wondering if you repotted it when you had it and for how long you had it? And what sort of shape the roots were in if you did?
It is fine health-wise but I did some branch selection and some work on the scars in the last couple years. I was thinking a repot might boost growth and recovery since it had been so long since it had been repotted. Input from maple experts appreciated as well. It is very much in development, but I think I'd like to start focusing on the branch structure. Should I not mess with it since it seems happy, or, put it in some fresh soil and hope it grows banana's, (figuratively of course)?
