In case you all weren't tired of my threads I thought I'd post another
I got to thinking last night, and usually good things don't come out of that. This time something did. I ran up to the local cleaners and got some clear dry cleaning bags. Next, I built a PVC frame. And finally, I put the frame inside the dry cleaning bag. This made a nice little indoor greenhouse that can be built for $5 and house cuttings that you're trying to root. See pictures (and yes, it does close all the way, I just haven't pulled back the slack):
