Haven’t posted in a while, here’s an update on the olive (the newer one with the bigger base):

Just continuing the pattern of letting it grow and cutting it back.

Good job! Continue the “let grow, wire, let grow some more, remove wire, cut back, repeat...”

Pull off old leaves, pull off leaves off the bottom of branches, remove twigs growing straight down and straight up.

And keep on keepin’ on! It’s looking great!
