I was actually looking specifically for a red leaf barberry with the correct size base just for this pot!

I'll probably have to put this back in a training pot to build up the new leader, but I think this pot is perfect in the long run, thanks @NaoTK!

Tree looks great! I really like barberry and have tried several, but they just don’t seem to love my garden.
