These trees are for sale and ready for pickup around me (08724), or at The Art of Bonsai Show this weekend (7/20-21).

Pitch pine in a Hokidou pot. displayed at last years show. The bottom left branch was removed to give it more asymmetry, and it has been fertilized heavily this season.

The pot alone is worth $300-400, asking $750 for the whole composition (no shipping!)

Japanese beautyberry shohin with a great nebari! The low left branch died off, but it still has a great future! 2 inch wide trunk, radial nebari, and about 18 inches tall as is. Asking $200, and may consider shipping.

I nicknamed this tree "Rudy" because it was part of a forest composition from Sergio Cuan, and was one of only two trees that survived a fungus infestation many years ago. I have been developing it at a single JM specimen for the past two seasons, and its time for a new home. lt has old bark, and a simple, elegant feel to it. 18 inches tall aprox. x 1.5 inch thick trunk. Potted in a Sam Miller pot. Asking $150, no shipping.

The potter's name is also spelled Hokido, in case any one is doing a search on it. Nice pot and tree.

My bad, thank you for the correct spelling!

If you change your mind on shipping I would be interested in the pitch pine and the JM.

Regardless of how it’s spelled, I like his pots a lot. Have a few and the nursery near me has one I’ve been eyeballing.

Is that a purple pot I spy? Perhaps meant for me.
