Sakhalin spruce / Picea Glehnii seeds in EU?

I was wondering if you guys knew of somewhere to buy these. I've found a few Russian webshops that sell them, but they're a bit sketchy. I know there are American webshops that sell them, but shipping seeds from the USA to the EU seems to require all kinds of certification that end up costing a bit.

Might end up risking it on a Russian webshop if there are no better options.
