Decided to give this spray paint imaginary planets stuff a try today.
Not terrible for my first go, whatdya think?
Definitely needs some honing.
Also, its intended to look pretty, not be astronomically accurate in any way.
Doing these 2 took about 20 minutes total and really got my gears turning.
Lots of fun, as long as you wear a decent respirator and are outside.
Very easy.....truly an "anyone can do it" kind of thing.

I did a couple dozen of these about 10 or 12 years back It is a lot of fun and you can develop skills pretty rapidly. I had a gallery and I sold most of them but I have a few around here somewhere.

Decided to cut up a thin Oak wood plank and make some Xmas gifts for the fam.....get that out of the early for once!
The slight curve of the planks and the wood grain presented some challenges....but I'm happy with most of the results.
It really is fun making them.

Pretty much disliked most of what came out of his mouth, but some great tropical bonsai trees.
And I can never forget at least one thing I learned from him.

Had a few minutes today....didn't know what to do with myself.....all caught up on my trees for the moment.

All of these were done with the same group of colors, which is somewhat limited......need more COLORS!
