Curious if anyone has any info on starting Pseudolarix from seed. Collected some cones from a private, world class arboretum that had a rare variety. I’ve read varying requirements of 1-3 months of cold stratification, soak in water prior/don’t do so and varying germination success. Also wondering best practice for storage before starting the whole process as we are moving toward winter. If there’s any success I’m unsure I’ll work toward a bonsai but it’s definitely a possibility. 873FDB5E-E28D-4B28-9285-E410B85034A3.jpeg

No experience but am interested. I was told that Brussels has been propagating them successfully.
