Hi, I'm new to bonsai care. I would like to ask for help. What will help to cure my plant? Is it mosaic virus?
The leaves lose their color and there are brown spots on them.

Looks more like insects or spider mites to me than a virus. Viral infections in plants are not rare, but mosaic viruses should have a mosaic, not some random spots.
My guess is two unrelated things: the brown spots from I don't know what. Maybe mechanical damage or something. The white spots are sure from some kind of bug.

Definitely spider mites. It is a bad infestation. It will also spread to other plants by touch and by air. Cut off all bad leaves and dip plant into a soapy mix. This is based upon general care and since you have not put your location in your profile I am reluctant to say more. Treatment in a tropical area may be quite different than in a temperate area.
