olive tree and C. elm tree questions before buying.

I'm thinking about buying online a starter Olea Europea san fernando and was wondering how will it do in my climate 6a/6b? Is it similar to keeping a bird plum tree?

Also I have the regular Chinese Elm and Seiju elm and I'm thinking to buy a starter Yatsubusa elm. Is it very similar to the other 2?
