Sky nursery has Shimpaku junipers and pines in shoreline. Bonsai northwest has junipers and a few pines in puyallup

Just got back from Bonsai Northwest. Definitely the place to go if you’re looking for pre-bonsai junipers. 20% a huge shipment of pots too

Every landscape nursery will carry junipers and pines, but very few will be useful for bonsai, pines especially.

I actually have visited Bonsai Northwest and definitely going back there this time as well!

I’m looking for nursery like Bonsai Northwest and Sky Nursery and Every landscape nursery are now on my list thank you!

Other nurseries I like are Swansons ($$, but good japanese maples) and Kent East Hill, who also sell bagged pumice by the cubic foot.

The best place to buy material by far is club sales.

Someone mentioned a nursery in West Seattle for pre-bonsai material...

AND, the PSBA spring club sale is Sunday, April 6th, 2025...
...there's always a lot of material from club members as well as a large number of commercial vendors...
