New Coastal Redwood and Giant Sequoia Recovery since shipping and repotting

I recently received two saplings. One Giant Sequoia and a Coastal Redwood. I received and repotted them 3 weeks ago, so I am considering beginning to fertilize. However, they really haven't shown any signs of having recovered or had any new growth. The small redwood may have some slight development in the buds. Should I be worried at all? Should I wait to begin fertilizing? Any tips or shared experience is greatly appreciated.

They look fine, mine are add about the same place. You are further south than me, but the tries will take some time to adjust.

I would hold off on fertilizing, better safe than sorry when it comes to stressed roots.
