My first bench, or something like that

Yeah yeah, another "my first bench"-thread here.

Anyway, the gf was tired of me using our garden table as bonsai bench so I put something together using concrete bricks and some wood I gathered doing my demolition daytime job. Since I haven't prepared a proper spot to put this bench I just put it in a corner of the garden we don't really use for now, so my apologies for the messy background. I hope the protective paint will last for a couple of years until I have the time to build something better. The paint was the most expensive part of the bench

Nice! All the shelves I have here are reclaimed timbers on blocks - this year adding three Granites from reclaimed Kitchen counter cut offs. Better to spend on other things and they look nice too!
