Hi guys and girls im new here so i thought id put up some pics of my elms tree and see what you guys think of it. i keep it indoors and put it outside when its sunny

Is that where it stays most of the time? It should get much more light than it is. It's also not best to bring it in and out all the time. I'd leave it outdoors year round next season, it may be too late to put it out now.

no it lives in my living room its losing its leaves for winter now i think here a picture from summer

If it's losing leaves I doubt it's because of winter. It would do that if it were outdoors, but since it's losing leaves inside it may not be getting enough light.
