These are the latest pots I've made. I was kinda tired of looking at the same old drab, grey raw concrete so I jazzed them up some. Both are loosely based on sort of standard rectangular and oval pots I had on hand.
I think I figured my "niche". I make the pots rustic enough so that people are not expecting perfection. With rustic design, you can get away with "flaws". If you try to go for perfection, flaws stand out and tend to look tacky and amatuerish.
I figure they're not bad for 50 cents of concrete and maybe 10 cents of paint each.
