We rarely get temps over 90 here but I still use it with no bad effects.Mike, how's that concentration of miracle gro in temps over 90? I killed several trees last year fertilizing in 90+degrees at a concentration of 1 big end scoop per gallon, BUT (big but) I was also fertilizing with osmocote, so the root burn could well have been due to the osmocote and not miracle gro
I think the only time I burned trees, was with chemical "slow release" fertilizer. I threw a bunch on the soil surface in summer, and BAM! Burned up foliage, looked pretty sad. It was just some cheap stuff I bought, never tested, now I know...Mike, how's that concentration of miracle gro in temps over 90? It doesn't get more free draining really. And a bit more free draining than DE and lava.
If you don't know by now that's your fault not mine.and we still don't know what soil you Use?
Wrong again.Pure DE being the "wettest" soil this process can work with....carefully.
Water runs through fast.
