Kiku vs Kikuwa

Hello,

Beginner here, Kiku tools were recommended to me by members of my local club as having good starter tools. While shopping on the web I came across the Kikuwa brand, are they the same tools, just a shortened branding?

I am not familiar at all with this manufacturer. I would however highly recommend Kineshin bonsai tools for high quality at a good price.
