Hey all. Happy to say my flats of JBP seedlings have done very well. I’ve had about a 40% or so success rate with The cuttings technique. With all the issues I e had this year with my trees I’d really love to see these have a good winter. I’d imagine these can’t handle just staying outside all winter on my benches, but I’m not certain what the best method for overwintering will be. My dad has an unheated garden shed with an east facing window that I figured I would put them in. Does this sound like a good plan?

They all look about like this.

Sounds like a good plan. They should do well. A small fan might help.

I’m actually wintering over a bunch of azalea whips, with heat mats and LED lights in the garage just to see If the whips can grow taller and stronger faster.

Good luck!
