I purchased my first Bonsai about 2 months ago. Everything seemed great up until two weeks ago.
I found what looks like some kind of disease on the stem of my green mound. Multiple areas of the stem seem to be infected. It seems as though it is “bleeding” and there is some disease growing on it.
I am not sure what it is, and how to treat it.
Can someone help me out? What should I do?

Looks like normal scar tissue to me.
Those warts low on the trunk are primordial root nubs caused by high humidity. Junipers make those in case they fall over and need to produce new roots fast.

These look like cracks or abrasions , probably caused by previous rough handling wiring or bending.
Many coniferous species bleed resin in response to wounding.
If the rest of your tree still appears healthy and is still putting on good extension growth then they will likely heal naturally provided you provide the right growing conditions.
