Is my Carmona Tea struggling?

Hello.

I'd like to read others' input about my Carmona Tea. I'll provide some pictures.

Is the brown on one of the shoots bark starting to come in or is it diseased? How does it look overall?

Unfortunately, we haven't had sunny weather so it's not getting the ideal amount of light other than the light that is provided. If it doesn't look well, is there anything else I can do to try to redeem it?
