Particularly about the dry weight of NPK of healthy plants. According to the article, a 1-10-2 type fertilizer would maintain the plant the best. I attempted to see if UFL had notes on Ficus, but the website keeps reporting an error when trying to access the other "production notes" pages.

Thoughts?

Where are you coming up with "1-10-2"? They mention using a 3-1-2 ratio several times (and that is similar to what I have seen from other studies). I scanned both articles and didn't see any references to 1-10-2.

Eh, you're right. I'm going to blame my reading comprehension skills at 4:30am. It looks like I cited PKCa values. NPK is 10-1-2 in the Schefflera. It looks like Alaska Fish Fertilizer would be ideal, with the consequence being a surplus of Phosphorus.
