I have my tropicals in an old fish tank now for a few months which they love and are doing very well. I have checked out a lot of other peoples indoor setups but no one has a small fan in their tanks for air circulation. I added a 6" fan a week ago and am now wondering if this is really needed.
Since the tank is sealed the humidity should still stay the same I would think but there is no condensation on the glass anymore so I wonder if it would be better to take the fan out.

What are your thoughts?

My basement has also been dipping down into the low 60's high 50's so over the weekend I framed up and insulated a corner (my new work area! :) ) which is about 15 feet by 15 feet and have it heated keeping a constant 70-75 degree temperature.
