The premade stuff over here is too diluted to be functional. You can also buy ready made Neem oil solutions in spray bottles. I usually give trees I buy a once over when I get them home so they don't bring any unwelcome guests.
I make my own as I use it. Many of the pre-made stuff is ridiculously watered down (like 1.0% neem oil, and the rest "inactive" ingredients). So I advise everyone to just make it themselves; two tablespoons of cold pressed neem oil to one litre of hot water and half a teaspoon of dishwashing liquid soap.
Spraying foliage and soil worked for my tree. Mine was swarming and is now free.So I've just bought some Neem oil to deal with pest's that may atteck my trees (no pest's yet) but I'm just wondering how to use this oil, There is no instructions on how too use.

Yes! I followed that instruction (was recommended to me prior to use).Keep the trees in the shade while treating for a couple of days after.
