How bonsai scissors are forged

Same as Japanese kitchen knives... I have been drooling over some for years. Only have 3, and they are not the traditional type, but more commercial variants sold by Japanese a brand (Yaxell).

In the video they show a glimpse of some scissors. One is listed for 143,000 yen which is $1,085. So, I can imagine the knives are up there in price. I checked out his website and they have some really nice kitchen knives for sale as well.

I seen a few videos about Hirakawa Yasuhiro from Sasuke. I have some saved on my watchlist.
