I just wanted to create a new thread asking about opinions on this. Was wondering if it would be usable to self-graft long pine branches. These are usually (almost) constant width so should fit nicely. Anyone has opinion on this?

Grafting tools work great, and I think this one will fit your application.

I can't tell from the packaging but what brand is it? My only concern ( I guess with all tools) is longevity and strength. Just some thoughts :)

The brand that is sold here mostly is EXTOL.
I would not use it daily so would not worry about longevity that much. Also, here in EU you (as a consumer) have 2-year warranty by required by law so I can be sure it would work at least that much.
