Grafting Oleander on Desert Rose?

Hey Guys, i got pretty intrested in Desert Roses (Adenium) recently.
I have read online that Oleander and Adenium are related and some people graft Desert Roses onto Oleander understocks.

Now im curious if this would work the other way around too.. So that i could have a interesting looking Adenium rootstock that can produce Beautyful Oleander flowers. Could find nothing so i figured i could ask here..
Is this even possible and if yes, which grafting technique should i use ?

Give it time for people to respond. I grew a lot of oleander in California, but have no experience with adenium.

I have one of each, never heard of grafting one on the other, but interesting idea. I love the oleander flowers.
