So, I made an offer down in the basement in 'other sales' and didn't get one hit. Nobody even told me to piss off.
I'll put it here and you can spank me later if it's not okay.
3 gal $45 delivered, your choice of size. All sifted and completely clean, no waste, just good usable pumice.

At Bonsai Jack you can get 2 qts for $20 plus shipping. That's $40 for one gallon plus shipping.
This is 3 gal for $45 and I'm paying the shipping.
I don't want to hear any whining about how you can't get pumice at a decent price!

45 usd? that's outrageous.

i got 12 litres from garden works for like 10 bucks a few years back. still using it.

rereading it more carefully i guess this is a joke? sorry. i'm not up on bonsai nut memes.

Got my large-volume: 125 gallons @ 400 bucks.
6 gallon bags normally go around 20 bucks.

Your offer does not sound like something to jump up and down for, tbh.

Nobody even told me to piss off.
why would anybody?

spank me later
Not interested.

Pumice price is highly location dependent. In the US East Coast, your price is competitive. For the West Coast, I think many of people there can get it at lower price.
For me, I anticipate using pumice when I move to other species. Right now I am dealing with mostly BCs and for them, potting soil is just fine for development. When I am ready to move the trees to refinement then I will want some pumice.
No one here should tell you to piss off. You made an offer and the offer appears legitimate to us.

Well guys thanks for the input. This is the first time I ever offered anything here. It won't happen again.

Your price is about the same as a lot of places in the internet. Build A Soil which I buy from have a cubic foot bag (buy tow 1/2 cuf bags get free shipping) for $50. That is around 7.5 gallons. Given that you are in Oregon, you do get pumice dirt cheap, so probably that is why you are not getting any feedback on your sale. Jonas sells 3.5 gallons bag for $32. Maybe bring the price down to Jonas prices and you may get more bites.

I didn't see your post in the sales forum.
I stocked up last spring and don't need any atm
