Do you have pictures? Or at least a summation? Otherwise, you won't get decent responses.

Welcome to the nut house! Pictures are worth a thousand words 😉

A location can also give valuable clues. We don't even know if you are in spring or autumn!
Some more info about the tree and how you've cared for it may help too - how long you had it, watering, repotting, fertiliser, full sun, indoors, etc. I have not seen anything like this in ginkgo so any extra info will be valuable.

I already trimmed the black leaves it is a new tree . I received with no growth and watered it was doing well. Then just changed .

If you trimmed the black leaves then the problem is solved.
It might sound weird, but if that's all you can provide than that's all we can do in return.

Agreeing with all the above. We can not offer any guidance without photos. Your removing the cosmetic areas on the foliage. It maybe hard to diagnose. But...your location so we know your seasons...where it's kept...and recent care. Would help. As of now...we know you pruned off black areas on foliage...and nothing more. Other than it arrived possibly dormant.

My Ginkgo. I've never had black leaves...wish you had taken a photo for us to understand the issue.
