Oh no I took some bags out of the fridge to look at them and one had several seeds with white fungus on them. I put several drops of peroxide in the bag. Are they toast?

I have had success germinating seeds by pre-washing/soaking them in a 5% solution of bleach water for 4-5 min. This significantly increased germination rates and decreased pathogens. Those spherical stainless steel tea strainers on a chain that hinge closed were perfect for this.

What about using some fungicide such as Daconil?

I guess it depends on the species, but I think daconil could be harmful to seeds and seedlings...could be wrong. I know that an over application (two soon between specified application times) of fungicide can be a big detriment to juveniles.
