Flower ID Help - Is this from the Orchid Family?

The red/pink flowering branches were cut and stuck in moist sponge. There was another display of these flowers that looked really good and I was wondering what it is. The pattern reminds me of orchids, but I've never seen them used like this so wasn't sure. I tried some plant ID apps, but they weren't very successful so I thought I'd as the experts here.

Looks like orchid but I don't recognise the species or variety. Dendrobium of some sort would be my guess but there's thousands I don't know.
