Having traveled the whole spectrum of sizes, here was a purchase from a couple of years ago. I got three erodiums on ebay for about $15. Trimmed them up, rooted about 10-15 more and gave a bunch away. Here's the five I have left...

They make great indoor bonsai, perfect for a window. The root like crazy, flower, strip the leaves off and the new ones are super tiny at first...What's not to love. I put them outside in the summer in mostly shade.

Keeping them evenly moist is the key. Now that they have decided to grow I have to water them almost everyday(the bigger one is every other day. The tiny little guy lives in the pot with my scented geranium. The roots could never really support the tree in that tiny pot.

If your looking for an indoor, vigorous, flowering grower...it's a great option. They obviously make great accent plants as well. This variety has a pink flower.

Please forgive the late post. But, I have a quick question about erodium. Can you cut off all the leaves and grow a new set? I have a nice erodium, but the leaves are way out of proportion. Thanks.

Read the link above, it gives a lot of useful information. But yes you can with no problems.
Also I see this is your first post, welcome to the nuthouse, lots of good and intelligent people here.

It’s okay I understand you’ve had for a long time. And it hard to let go. Thank you for everything.

I’ve wanted one for a while too, but as far as I can think I’ve never seen one for sale. They look really fun and can actually be pretty convincing as Bonsai.
