I'll be there I am always there and have been for many years. My area is going to be way in the back of the display somewhere down Rochester Road toward the center of town it seems.

Im new here. I was up in Maine and came across this little guy. Easter Hemlock. North facing on a slope. Many very large old mature trees on my land. Funny as I was thinking of a bonsai then I stumble across this little tree. I goggled "eastern Hemlock Bonsai" and saw some amazing specimens. Im a beginner and just potted it when this picture was taken ( yesterday). Put it outside for about another month to assure it is in dormancy. If it gets extremely cold I will bring it into my basement. In about 2 months, I will bring it indoors and wire it. As you can see, I took a wide root ball out of the ground as to not mess too much with the root system.

but a few definitely were.
