Dwarf Jade HELP

I got this dwarf jade from a friend, all the leaves have fallen off. Is there still any hope of it recovering?

Not that surprising, the pot is huge and it looks like regular potting soil. Not sure about where you live but here you can pick up dwarf jades at most big box stores. Try again. and good luck.
