This is a nice copper flex line irrigation, anyone know what kind od drip emitters are being used. Then, is there any way to attach the quarter inch copper to half-inch plastic pipe or is this entirely a whole copper system?

Probably a spraying nozzle that produces a mist when fully on, instead of just a dripper.
Drippers don't water bonsai soil well. Sprayers do.
Lots of glue can essentially connect anything to anything. But the spray nozzles I know about, all have a tapered plastic plug that you can shove into essentially anything with the right diameter.
