Well my seeds came in today. Ill count them and start soaking them tonight.
Im sure you will be counting for awhile.
Also Treeseeds.com was my first seed to break the surface so they must have some good seeds. And I'm sure they are fresher than mine I purchased in November before they had the big rush.

When I worked with MRDD...before kids. Our employees at the workshop bagged baloons. We took the largest baloon and then went with weight. So...I imagine they go by weight...with extra in case some are not viable maybe. Since you got over your order count.

they send a business card with the order telling you they sent free seeds. they are pretty generous with the extra seeds too. that on top of the fact they have had the best seed sink ratio over all other sellers from what I have been reading with the scarification results. I made another order from them for some other trees I want to grow since they are doing so good.

So after soaking, the seeds went into the fridge. Half of the medium sized seeds chilled in the fridge for about 3 days, then went into the window seal. Yesterday I took a look and noticed a lot of root tips had made the way through the paper towel, and 3 of them were about to shed the shell! Today is day 5 of them being out of the fridge. I put the ones with the most growth in one area of the flat and spread the rest out. I'll admit that I messed up by leaving them in the paper towel, I should have sewed them immediately after removing from the fridge. I hope I did damage the root tips too bad. Who knows, maybe it will somehow benefit them? More pics when I get home.

I've been having a lot my seedlings die off. Before they completely bite the dust, the shoot shrivel up right at the soil line. The next day they fall over, then a few more days the top wilts and it's done. On top of that, my cat decided to dig a trench and uprooted about 30 of them.

Today I decided to plant about 150 more. I need to look into why they shriveled up at the base.
