Hey all!

Trying to figure out what has shown up on one of my Juniper’s. Outside in the Midwest and there is a bright white wax residue showing up on one of my three Junipers. It’s pliable but barely. Showed up a few days ago. It almost looks artificial but I have no idea how it would have gotten there. Any ideas?

It looks to be the same (or very similar to) color as whatever is below the mulch under the red sprout, unless that may be a fertilizer. It definitely does appear to be artificial.

Do you have any boys?
My parents back yard used to look like this whenever there were candles in the house that disappeared along with my eyebrows and some lighter fuel.
Of course we never knew how that happened.

That’s just the pot! Good spot though!

Ha I do! I’m glad everyone seems in agreement it’s not organic - i won’t worry about it and chalk it up to kids or my wife!
