Just a plug for good service. I ordered a last minute Christmas present on Wednesday and I got it today. Good, fast service, and the prices were good too.

Another vote for Dallas Bonsai.

I ordered wire last year at Christmas and wrong wire was shipped. I sent an email, rec'd an email within the hour and rec'd the correct wire in a few days. (I attribute the error to the Christmas rush).

Also ordered tools on another occasion - no trouble and happy with the products.

Anyway things sometimes happen. The good vendors fix them right away.

Yep I also ordered some X-mas gifts (in fact I sent my wife the links to order me some X-mas gifts ) and received them real fast.

Also some interesting point: I was looking for some kanuma on their site and saw that they only had 'small, medium, large' in the grain size description. Also I didn't understand the shipping price policy.
I wrote them an e-mail to ask what was the actual size in inches and to clarify the shipping fees, received an answer the same day apologizing for the lack of information and realized the day after that the website had been modify to include the missing details!

Proceed without fear; they're a great outfit with fair prices. I buy almost all of my supplies and tools from Fred.

I have looked dozens of times at their "Bonsai Trees" which seem to be very small plants with a large price attached to them. Although the Dallas Bonsai price on Masakuni trimming shears (m101) for $741.92 seems like a real bargain ....

I know my husband ordered a few things for me through them and was quite happy at how quickly they arrived before Christmas.

Crap! I just remembered I won a gift certificate from them for that online bonsai contest they put on here. Hell don't even know if it's still good. That was a couple years ago.
I even ordered stuff from them and forgot I had it. Oh boy!
