It's nice, we should probably generally discuss this, seeing the forum you posted it in. If possible you could try to bend the trunk, the right side on your main/first picture is very straight(no roots below), or chop the left (second/main) trunk and change the planting angle (or windsweep it to the left and keep this angle).

That's going to be a tough one. That branch is as thick (or even thicker) than the lower trunk. Ad cutting it off will leave a bad scar.

That's awesome to get so many flowers on a small plant. I want one now. If you buried the right side of the tree with sphagnum moss you could probably get roots to pop there. Crapemyrtle root very well. Cuttings also root with little effort so approach grafts could be a solution.
Cheers

Id broom style it! And cut off all the blooms so I could focus more on branching. All that energy could be going to the branches instead of the flowers. I have a lot of crepe myrtles and I havent been able to watch any of them bloom yet :( but they are coming a long nicely, seeing as I get like 5-7 flushes of growth per season. They grow and ramify quickly. You could chop the left side branch and leave the trunk line going to the right and try to make a little informal upright with movement and taper or leave it as is and cut it back hard. Allowing it to bud profusely into a bunch of new branches to work with as a broom style tree. Either way, this is a nice start and the blooms will be beautiful. The base isn't too bad.

I don't know but after looking on the Internet,it could be
