Nice tree and developpement, how often do you water it in summer ?
I recently bought a nishiki black pine, grafted on JBP roots, it seems weaker than a "normal" JBP.. so i'm curious to see the reaction of tree after decandling..

Thanks. My corkers seem to need water just slightly less often than my normal JBP. Right now, temps are in the mid 90f range and they’re watered about once per day. If it rains at all today (Monday), likely they wouldn’t need water again until Wednesday AM.

I see them as slower, and usually work on them more like a white pine.

After arranging the branches just a little bit, got a good shot of that bark starting to crack.
